Working principle:

Precision filter is used to shaping filter, under pressure, the liquid through the filter, the filter residue left in the pipe wall, the filtrate flow through the filter, so as to achieve the purpose of filtering.

Shaping filter: filter, filter, filter cloth, filter, sintered wound filter, meltblown filter etc.. Because of the different filter, filter pore size is not the same. Precision filter is interposed between the sand (coarse filter) and a filtration ultrafiltration, filtering aperture is in commonly 0.5 ~ 120 μ m range. The same form of filter, according to size can be divided into different specifications.

Wirewound filter (also known as the honeycomb filter) has two kinds: one kind is polypropylene fiber, polypropylene frame filter, the maximum temperature of 60°C ; another is the cotton fiber, stainless steel filter, the maximum temperature of 120 °C .

Meltblown filter with polypropylene as raw material, the filter is formed by melt blowing process, the highest working temperature 60 °C . Suspended matter, precision filter can remove some colloidal substances and fine particles.
